danang.bike is an AI mobility concierge that helps international riders find and arrange motorbike rentals in Vietnam. By using our website or chatting with our assistant (Kai), you agree to these terms. This is a pre-launch service and these terms may change.

What we do

We help you understand what you can legally ride in Vietnam, recommend a suitable bike at an honest all-in price, and (in this pre-launch phase) record a priority reservation that a human coordinator confirms with you. We act as a broker between you and the motorbike's owner/partner; the rental itself is provided by that partner.

Legal eligibility is your responsibility

Vietnam recognises only a 1968 Vienna Convention International Driving Permit. Riding a petrol motorbike over 50cc without a valid, recognised licence is illegal and can void your travel insurance. We check your stated eligibility and will not knowingly put you on a bike you cannot legally ride — but you are responsible for riding legally, carrying the correct documents, wearing a helmet and obeying the law. We never tell you you are “fully insured”; the bike's damage waiver is a contractual cap, not insurance.

Reservations, payment and deposit

In this pre-launch phase, reservations are a priority request, not a confirmed booking — availability is confirmed by a human afterwards. We do not take any payment online, and we never hold your passport. Any deposit is paid in cash on handover to the bike's owner — never wired in advance.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Origin Layers Co., Ltd. is not liable for the acts of rental partners, for your riding, or for indirect or consequential loss. Recommendations are guidance, not a guarantee of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
