We keep as little of your data as possible, and conversations are automatically deleted within a few days. If you would like us to delete the data linked to your chat sooner, you can ask us at any time.

How to request deletion

Send us a message on WhatsApp at +84 36 548 6580, or email privacy@danang.bike, with the phrase “delete my data” from the same number/device you used to chat. We will remove the data we hold for your conversation and confirm.
