Vietnam recognises the 1968 Vienna IDP and, for Korean riders, a Korean permit with the category A stamp under the 2023 bilateral agreement. Many US, Australian, Canadian and Japanese licences can't legally ride a petrol bike over 50cc — the licence-free electric is the honest fix. Kai checks which applies to you before you pay.
